The knock on the door has Masaki calling out "One moment!" to whoever might be on the other side. She's happens to be in the midst of filleting the fish that she caught the other day, and it takes her a little while to wash up. By the time she gets to the door, it's been more than a few seconds, but that's better than showing up at the door with her hands covered in fish guts.

Still, she opens the door, leaning out a little to do so, so she doesn't have to slip her shoes on. The fact that it's Gabriel at the door is a little surprising. She hasn't spoken to the man outside of Timeless, but it's not difficult to see the resemblance to his younger self.

"Oh, hello. It's... Gabriel, right?"
