She doesn't know where he's going at first. He simply tells her to wait here and leaves, like he has some kind of solution to her strangely muddled feelings about all of this. With not much else to do, she waits with the picture in her hands, mulling over what to do with it.
He returns after a while, and her head lifts to see what he's brought with him. She's not able to catch a glimpse of what it is until he tilts it her way. What she sees knocks the wind out of her, leaving her breathless.
It her family--but as she remembers them. Mostly. It doesn't escape her notice that there's an additional face within the picture, but she's too overwhelmed to comment on it. She doesn't stop him as he goes to pry the picture out of the frame and put it up on the fridge. She only approaches it once it's up, secured with a magnet over the face that she doesn't remember. Her fingers reach out to touch the photo, tracing the faces of her husband and her children as she blinks back tears.
"Thank you," she says quietly, smiling despite the way her eyes leak. "This is perfect." She moves the photo just a little, positioning it so it's dead center on the upper part of the fridge. Then she hangs Zephyr's picture on the lower part, guilt-free.
