She didn't realize that worrying about other gods was even a concern on the table, but it's good that there's no issue there. Their goal is still mostly simple and straightforward: Help Zephyr so that they can go home.
And with home on her mind, he mentions a tree that shares memories. The way that he brings it up now... It almost sounds like a kind of apology, to fill the space of the one that he never gave.
